Q: What is the difference between muscle therapy and massage? A: Muscle therapy focuses on healing and rehabilitating injured muscles, using deep-tissue techniques that go beyond what a typical massage can do. The purpose of muscle therapy is not to "relax" your muscles, as in massage, but to enhance the way they function. In this way, you can find relief from pain and regain the normal use of your body. |
