Payment Options
Cash, Credit Card, or Check at time of service. We are also a member of
Alliance Barter. Gift Certificates are also available, ask us for details.
Cancellation
Muscle Maintenance Co. requires 24 hours notice for an appointment cancellation.
No Show Policy
Muscle Maintenance
Co. charges $20.00 for the time scheduled if not cancelled with at least
24 hours notice.
Insurance Reimbursement
Muscle Maintenance Company is pleased to work with your physician to help
you achieve pain relief. Health Insurance is accepted when your insurance
carrier approves massage therapy and your physician specifically prescribes
it. Please check with your insurance company for its coverage policy.
